Art opens our hearts
I have been manifesting my romantic soulmate for a few weeks now, and it has been quite exciting. I feel like a teenager again. It's been six years since I was last in love, so I am having fun feeling the emotion of romance and love again. I almost forgot how exciting and heart-opening an experience it can be, except for the experience of being on dating apps.
A few weeks ago, I connected to my soulmate through spirit through an abstract artwork. It made me realise that art can also help me experience emotions of romantic love. Of course, the effect of painting romantic emotions wasn't like being in actual love. It wasn't like someone was sweeping me off my feet, or I felt butterflies in my stomach; rather, it was a calming experience that made me feel safe, held, and connected to my romantic side and my soulmate in spirit.
That's when I heard a whisper from my angels, 'hey, you! You can use art to connect with your soulmate and manifest him!'
I think I denied knowing a few times, but today, as I write this post, I feel motivated to encourage myself and others to utilise art to manifest their soulmates or at least feel the emotion of romance through painting.
I know that many sensitive individuals can close down to receiving love due to past heartbreaks and traumas. It can so happen that one could feel as though true love isn't for them or isn't available for them.
Sensitive individuals can often have extremely rough heartbreaks, sometimes involving emotional, physical, and energetic abuse. Heartbreaks are tough in general, but having heartbreaks as a highly sensitive person can make one feel as though it is too much of a risk to invest in a romantic relationship.
Yes, there is emotional investment; however, as sensitive individuals, we can also get involved energetically, psychically, and at a soul level with our partners, which can make breaks-ups or heartbreaks extremely challenging to overcome.
However, I intuit that one can utilise art as a way to heal and re-open to love.
Painting can be an extremely freeing activity for one's heart centre. And that is because our canvas makes it easier for us express ourselves fully and freely. It is easier to look through the heart-based barriers that get created due to heartbreak.
When we sit with a painting and express our heart out to it, we can heal from deep-seated heart wounds.
Most times, sensitive and highly sensitive people have trouble expressing themselves or trusting others with their problems. In such times, it is important to remember that our canvas can become our trusted listener, hold space for our heart-related wounds, and it can help us open our hearts again to ourselves, self-love, and true love.
Painting romantic emotions
Now, it is important to note that one can paint their emotions. In fact, I paint my emotions to create abstract art.
I've even created an abstract art book, wherein I showcased 100 artworks with 100 quotes that were inspired by my emotions of resentment and anger. This book enables readers to open up to their emotions of resentment and anger. Moreover, it helps them be sensitive to art that holds challenging emotions.

Also, if you ever decide to visit my shop, practise abstract art portfolio, or purchase my art, you would notice that my art focuses on emotive expression, that is, there is more to feel than to see.
Which is why I am certain that sensitive individuals can paint emotions of romance too.
Channeling romance onto the canvas
You may ask, but Pranita, how exactly do I exactly paint emotions of romance on a canvas or canvas sheet?
Well, it is simple. We can just hold the intention of feeling and channeling our romantic side on to the canvas.
Granted, many of us (I include myself) might have not been in love for a long time and might have almost forgotten how it might feel to be in love, so how do I channel romantic emotions?
Fair question, my friend.
I truly believe that we don't need a partner or be in love to feel the emotion of romance. We can feel romantic towards ourselves too.
We can feel romantic about our body, mind, heart, and art too!
Why not? Right?
So, I encourage you to trust yourself to be in love (with yourself first).
Using color and emotion
Also, once we have set the intention to express ourselves, we can pull out our box of magic (paint box) and pick colors that evoke a feeling of romance in us.
It is said that the colors hues of red and pink can connect us to the emotion of love.
Of course, for me, blue, yellow, and white colors (like in the painting in this post) evoked the emotion of love; however, you could prefer colors like blue, black, or white, which can evoke an emotion of romance in you, or you can pick some other color that might sail your boat.
The color doesn't matter. What matters is the emotion it evokes in you and the way you express it on the canvas. Comprende :)?
Also, we don't have to be expert artists to paint our emotions. We just have to be willing to express ourselves. That's all. That is by far the most important pre-requisite to paint.
Please remember, we paint for ourselves and not for others.
The more we open to painting romantic emotions, the more we can open up to the concept of romance and attracting romantic partners into our life.
Of course, we would have to act on manifesting our soulmates, that is, go on dates or be more social. However, art does becomes a comfortable step to begin to manifest one's romantic soulmate.

Working With Me: Coaching for Sensitive People
Hello, I am Pranita Rao. I work with sensitive individuals, highly sensitive people, creatives, healers, and spiritual seekers who want a soft and private space to express themselves and understand their sensitivity without labels, heaviness, or emotional confusion.
There is no spiritual identity required. No artistic credentials required. This is a clear space to think, feel, create, and move forward.
My work combines sensitivity, art, creative expression, emotional clarity, simple structures, energy healing, angelic Reiki, intuitive reading, and guidance.
As for my experience, I have four years of experience working with angelic beings, three years of experience working with art, and I have supported many individuals by holding a grounded, honest, and safe space.
My clients learn how to regulate sensitivity, gain emotional clarity, set energetic boundaries, and make consistent decisions despite internal or external challenges.
Please note that understanding that you are highly sensitive is an important first step, but awareness alone does not create stability. What creates change is learning how to work with your sensitivity in a structured, consistent way.
In my work, I support sensitive and highly sensitive individuals through a simple and grounded framework. First, we identify how your sensitivity shows up emotionally, creatively, and energetically in daily life. Second, we build emotional clarity and regulation so you are no longer absorbing what does not belong to you. Third, we learn about your unique creative gifts and create sustainable boundaries, creative practices, and decision-making structures that support your nervous system rather than overwhelm it.
This approach helps sensitive people move from constant emotional processing to emotional steadiness, from confusion to clarity, and from self-neglect to self-trust. The intention is not to change who you are, but to help your sensitivity function as a strength rather than a source of exhaustion.
This work is designed for individuals who are ready to move beyond learning and into implementation. Sensitive people often consume a lot of information but delay applying it. My role is to provide a steady, structured space where insight turns into change.
If you are at a stage where you are no longer seeking validation but seeking regulation, direction, and results, this work may be aligned for you.

If learning about sensitivity feels challenging or triggering, that is understandable. When I first learned about my sensitivity, I felt overwhelmed by realizations, fears, and expectations. Embracing our gifts takes energy, patience, and self-compassion. My intention over the past three years has been to make this journey lighter, clearer, and more supportive for sensitive souls. So, please stay put and keep investing in your growth.
Thank you for reading, and I appreciate your presence.
Until next time!
