Expressing your sexuality through abstract art: An opinion piece for sensitive souls, globally

What is important to acknowledge about sexuality?
We could go through life without taking out the time to express our sexuality or views about sexuality. It is my personal belief that repressing one's sexuality can lead to problems. As someone who is highly sensitive, I am also sensitive to my masculine and feminine sides. I find that my feminine side likes to express itself through Latin dance forms and abstract art. However, my masculine side likes to express itself through hip-hop. I also find myself experimenting with makeup, clothes, and shoes to express my sexuality.
The topic of sexuality is important, as repressed sexual energy can lead to health problems or even energetic blocks. These energetic blocks tend to affect our relationships, career, and health.
In my opinion, sensitivity and sexuality are related. Sensitive and highly sensitive people could get more insights about their sexuality due to their increased awareness. As an intuitive medium, I sense that highly sensitive people or sensitive people could feel unhappy if they don't get a chance to express their views, or they might feel repressed if they don't express their sexual sides too. In such times, I find abstract art to be helpful.
Why is it important to utilize abstract art for expressing one’s sexuality as sensitive souls?
In my experience, our canvases can empathise with our experiences and beliefs. We might not be surrounded by people with whom we feel free to express our sexual beliefs or sexuality. In such times, I find abstract art to be our friend. For me, neon colors work the best! I use them to express and understand myself better. A few years ago, I wouldn't have spoken or expressed my sexuality due to inhibitions. However, today, I understand that repressed emotions are best to be painted and not stored.
The abstract art in this post represents the umbrella of sexuality from my perspective. In my opinion, sexuality can take different shapes and be of different colors. Every person would perceive sexuality differently, given their experiences and preferences. For some, sexuality could look like neon orange color, and for some, sexuality could look like a yellow circle. For some, their sexual orientation may make them feel royal, and for some, their sexual orientation may make them feel like a cloud (so on and so forth).
The point is that we can't fit sexuality in a box. It would be unfair, as everyone showcases their sexuality differently.
When sensitive artists begin to express their sexuality and sexual beliefs through abstract art, sensitive people around the world can begin to heal, collectively. The forms, figures, colors, and strokes that we would use to represent our sexuality or sexual beliefs might be different; however, I imagine it could begin a healing process for those who have had difficult experiences with their sexuality in any way. Here, I include experiences with sexual orientation, sexual preference, sexual identity, gender, expression, and body.
How about you, sensitive soul?
Would you like to paint your views about sexuality using abstract art?
If so, what would come out of your heart?
A dash? A circle? A stroke? Ten strokes?
What colors would you use to describe your views, and what type of paper would you use to paint?
Please know, your art material would love to be chosen by you. I hope you give yourself a chance to choose it :).
Until next time, sensitive soul <3.
