How can sensitive abstract artists benefit from private coaching?

Embracing abstract art as a highly sensitive person

Why are sensitive souls capable of creative thinking?

It is studied that sensitive souls are more open, making them more receptive to external stimuli and internal stimuli like thoughts and emotions. They can be quite creative too, as they have a biological body make-up that originates from genes that impact the nervous system and sensitivity of the nervous system. Their unique genetic make-up interacts with environmental and experiential factors, influencing their creative skills too.

Creativity could have many definitions, but it is important to note that creativity implies that one utilises their mental capacity to solve problems creatively. Creativity surely requires a lot of self-belief, something that is abundant in highly sensitive painters.

It is researched that highly sensitive people are attracted to novelty, and studies show that creativity helps massively in novel situations. It is my feeling that many highly sensitive painters can benefit from utilizing their creativity to support their highly sensitive experiences.

Why is it important for sensitive painters to support themselves through coaching?

A few years ago, I didn’t know that I was a highly sensitive person, nor had I discovered my artistic gift (abstract art). I was stimulated on most days, I would feel extremely lost, and most importantly, I would feel like no one understood me.

As I began learning about my sensitivity, I realised that I needed something that helped me creatively. I took an art workshop one day and saw that the paints were impacting my stimulated nervous system.

I took a chance and learnt art.

I took a bigger chance and began working with abstract art daily.

Gradually, I began seeing the effect certain colors and textures were having on my nervous system. My stimulation and overwhelm would be at a low level after working with abstract art.

Thus began my quest to support people like me :).

I never had a coach who could handhold me and show me how abstract art benefited my nervous system. I had to push myself to do it. Of course, like most of us, I did have well-wishers and my angels with me. The point is that I don't want other highly sensitive painters to feel alone in their journeys or try to push themselves either.

I want to splash paint and laugh together with my clients.

I want to support them in recognising the joy their art brings them.

I want them to understand their highly sensitive gifts and see them utilsing them in their abstract art practise.

I do believe that highly sensitive painters require other highly sensitive painters, which is why I started one-on-one coaching sessions for highly sensitive painters across the globe.

The fun part about the sessions is that there would be no room for judgment. One can talk about their art, emotions, and highly sensitive experiences in a safe space. Let's not forget the angels! Yes! I have been working with angelic beings for the past five years, and I integrate my practice with angels into my sessions for better results.

Imagine friends, imagine being in a virtual space filled with artistic views, highly sensitive people, angelic energies, and meaningful conversations.

Oh, I love the sound of it! How about you?

Learning about one's high sensitivity can be challenging, so why not include people who have walked the same path?

So, let me ask you, would you like to walk with me? :)

Please book a session with me to learn more about your highly sensitive and painting gifts.

I assure you that we will have fun and solve your challenges, together :).

Until next time, sensitive soul!
