Abstract Art: Spirituality and Sensitivity

Sensitivity can be associated with greater sensitivity to stimuli and a deeper processing of information. I am unsure if all sensitive individuals are highly sensitive; however, research suggests that many sensitive people may have varying degrees of sensitivity that are higher than the average person. Dr. Elaine Aron, a scientist, mentions in her research that there are 10-30% of highly sensitive people in the world.
As a highly sensitive person, it is my understanding that sensitivity mustn't be looked at with a negative lens. In fact, sensitive or highly sensitive people can have increased emotional reactivity to positive emotions and situations. Many highly sensitive individuals can be quick to experience uplifting feelings in positive environments. As highly sensitive individuals learn more about their higher awareness, learning ability, and creativity levels, there will be more acceptance of their other gifts too.
As we speak about creativity, I would like to share about abstract art. I understand that there could be many highly sensitive abstract artists in the world. Some might be aware of their trait and gifts, and some might still be in the discovery phase, which is absolutely fine!
Regardless, I cannot emphasize the importance of abstract art in my life. I've been able to connect with my inner wisdom, higher self, angels, intuition, and creative radar through abstract art. Although my journey with abstract art has been gradual, somewhat like listening to soft, slow pop music. The brush strokes and colors on my canvas have spoken to my soul and shared much wisdom with me too.
Now, I find that abstract artists can understand more about their sensitivity through their practice of abstract art. The colors, strokes, and unique artistic experiences often speak to our highly sensitive gifts. Every highly sensitive person is different. Every sensitive person is different. We must respect each other's uniqueness and gifts. Although our sensitive and abstract art might present itself differently, however, the love for abstract art and a connection with the divine could be the common factors for most highly sensitive abstract artists.
If you view my art, you would notice that there isn't much structure to it. However, when you truly see it for what it is, you will feel a lot of emotions. These emotions are specifically coming from my sensitive gifts and emotional gifts.
Similarly, other highly sensitive abstract artists could have gifts that connect them to their higher self, soul, or divine self in some artistic way. The trick is to believe in oneself!
I know, it could be difficult to believe in oneself fully.
Which is why, may I suggest getting the support for it?
