A reminder for Pranita - That's me!

I am giving myself a reminder through this post so that my voice reaches me and you, dear highly sensitive person (HSP).
In the past week, I haven't been able to pause as much as I used to through art.
Yes, art helps me to pause.
As a trained artist, I have also worked with fine art pieces. In doing so, I felt that working with fine art was cumbersome, especially on days when I was stimulated. I had to focus more and in doing so, I realized that I was giving more than I was receiving from art.
I stopped working with fine art shortly after I left art school. I got into a phase where I wasn't working with fine art at all. When I began to diligently stick to my abstract art routine, I felt more ease flow into my life.
Recently, I went to an art event where we had to paint a scenery using fine art techniques. I asked myself if I would be able to do it.
However, by the end of the event, my painting looked perfect!
It made me feel happy, as I realized that working with abstract art was polishing my fine art skills too.
So, this is my reminder-
'Pranita, keep believing in your decisions and in abstract art. They will find a way to congratulate you.'

Pranita
